Hey there! We’re Ted and Jess, and we’re excited to welcome you to Little Bo Property!
Our story began with a shared passion for real estate and a deep love for Omaha. I’m Ted, a Real Estate Associate Broker and Investor. I have a fascination for Mustang cars, an extensive vinyl record collection, and a love for camping. Jess, my amazing wife, is a dedicated teacher with two master’s degrees in education from UNL. She enjoys swimming, working out, and, like me, loves camping and traveling.
Together, we love taking our camper out on adventures with our two kids, Carson and Skylar. Creating Little Bo Property has been a labor of love, and we’ve poured our hearts into making it a cozy retreat where guests can experience the best of Omaha.

Our Mission is to provide affordable comfortable homes for those visiting the Norwich area and to help you experience the best of what Norwich can offer.
However, all of our homes share one common thing that we think is most important – The cleanliness of the accommodation and ensuring you have everything you need for an enjoyable, hassle free stay are our priorities!
Unlike other places, we boast to be the best family-run short stay accommodation in the county by providing everything you need! We ensure you are able to make a cup of tea the moment you walk in… or shower after a long journey using our towels and toiletries provided.
We have even challenged ourselves to ensure you have all the utensils required to cook a full blown roast dinner should you want too, of course if you do this, be sure to invite us over 😉
